Unveiled in five model variations, all chambered for 12 gauge, the new SX4 Left Hand is poised to give left-hand operators a well-configured system that is just as capable in the field, on a boat and in the home.
The SX4 Left Hand is built exactly like its right-eject sibling, on an aluminum receiver and with the company’s Active Valve Gas System for constant reliability. The southpaw-friendly repeater features a left-eject action and chrome-lined steel barrel with ventilated rib. Winchester’s Invector Plus choke system comes standard. An enlarged cocking handle, bolt release and reversible safety improve ergonomics of the system. Creature comforts include the Inflex recoil pad and glove-friendly controls.
Additional SX4 features include the removable trigger assembly for simplified cleaning and four-round tubular magazine. Winchester offers two barrel lengths, 26” and 28” for the SX4 Left Hand. Composite furniture comes standard, and walnut is reserved for the Field version. Winchester has announced camouflage options, too.
