FANS slammed Kylie Jenner for telling her sister Khloe Kardashian that she “wouldn’t eat a cockroach,” even for a million dollars, in a resurfaced video.
The recirculation of the old clip comes as Kylie’s sister Kim has been receiving backlash over controversial advice she recently gave for working women.
In the resurfaced 2019 clip, Kylie and Khloe spent some time getting to know each other just a little bit better with a “Sister Q&A” on YouTube.
During which, the beauty mogul asked the Good American founder: “Would you eat a cockroach for a million dollars?”
Though she looked grossed out by the concept, Khloe responded: “A million? Actually, yeah, probably, yeah, eugh, mhm.”
After hearing her older sister’s answer, Kylie decided to give her own.
“I wouldn’t eat a cockroach for a million,” she flatly told her.
Khloe quickly quipped: “That’s because you’re a billionaire.”
After watching it all, fans blasted Kylie for being so out of touch with the average person.
One social media user wrote: “WOW can’t relate.”
A second said: “Imagine.. IMAGINE being so rich you wouldn’t eat a bug for a million… I’m-“
Another commented: “Khloe is the only Kardashian’s that doesn’t brag and she quiet normal.”
The resurfaced clip comes after Kim’s Variety interview with sisters Kourtney, Khloe, and their mom, Kris Jenner, earlier this month, in which she insinuated few people aside from her family have any work ethic anymore.
The TV star said: “I have the best advice for women in business. Get your f**king a** up and work.”
She continued: “It seems like nobody wants to work these days.”
After Kris and Kourtney agreed with Kim’s statement, she continued: “You have to surround yourself with people that want to work.
“Have a good work environment where everyone loves what they do because you have one life.
“No toxic work environments and show up and do the work.”
Fans quickly took to Instagram to slam Kim as “out of touch,” while others have now shared their plans to boycott her brands and new Hulu show.
Since then, followers have also been flooding the comments section of her Instagram posts with notes referencing her controversial message.
One Reddit user asked for clarification on how the family makes their income, suggesting people stop buying their products.
Since the interview, Kim has been receiving major flack, not just for her past paid gigs but also for her social media posts, including her latest one of her in the pink ensemble.
Earlier this week, fans slammed her for posing for new photos in a bright pink outfit instead of working hard, like she told her followers to do.
One fan wrote: “I want your job. Trying on clothes and taking pictures of the outfits.”
Another sarcastically commented: “You’re working so hard sweetie.”
Some also accused Kim of trying to steal some thunder away from her sister Kylie, as well, who just shared an intimate video dedicated to her and Travis Scott’s newborn son.
On Monday, she posted the 10-minute video, which chronicled the moment she learned she was pregnant, all the way up to her little one’s birth.
