Some TV shows are so iconic and impactful that they begin to bleed out into the real world with people recreating their favourite characters outfits, cars, sets and more.

Only Fools and Horses is absolutely on that level of popularity as one of the best known shows to ever hit UK television sets.

Despite that though, this particular recreation might be a bit further than you’d expect with someone having mocked up Del Boy himself’s driving licence.

The licence was found in Lewisham, not far from Peckham, by a man who quickly shared the hilarious discovery on satirical Facebook group Sh*t London.

Belonging to one Derek Edward Trotter, born 1945, and hilariously signed ‘you plonker’, the licence also included qualification for the definitely real vehicle category ‘three wheelers’.

Del Boy famously drove a canary yellow Reliant Regal three wheeler when zipping about Peckham on his various get rich quick schemes.

Immediately after seeing the post Only Fools fans online started weighing in with their best one-liners and references, leaving each other in stitches.

“I think you’ll find that it’s actually John Challis,” a third funnyman responded.

“I think he lives in Peckham,” was a more helpful response.

Some other keen eyed fans took the references even further, with nods to some of Sir David Jason’s other work:

“Touch of frost I see too”, they joked cleverly.
