23-year-old cosmetics queen Kylie Jenner has plans to build a massive 18,000-square-foot home, near her mom Kris and sister Khloé Kardashian.
The mom-of-one’s new home is set to be built in the celebrity enclave of the Hidden Hills, according to Variety.
Last May, design plans were approved for a “12-car garage, guesthouse, barn, guard shack for a full-time security detail, sports court and a pool.”
The multi-million dollar deal came just a week-and-a-half after Kylie moved into a sprawling $36.5million “resort compound” in Holmby Hills.
Khloé’s new property is nearby at a cost of $17million, while momager Kris Jenner’s $20million designer pad is across from her daughters in the gated community.
Kylie has topped Forbes’ list of youngest self-made billionaires for the past two years.
But some social media commenters were confused as to why Kylie needed such a vast home for just her and daughter Stormi, 3.
“I can’t even imagine having a home so big you don’t see parts of it for who knows how long. It seems ridiculous for a family of 2,” one comment read.
“Kylie should never forget that she is where she is thanks to Ray J! She’s so undeserving of all the attention and money she gets. Our society is going down the drain,” a second added.
“Build a nice house with a pool and all the amenities, but a resort for yourself? There are so many productive ways of using money that would make your community and your country a better place. That kind of excess disgusts me,” a third added.
Meanwhile Jenner and her baby daddy Travis Scott seem to be very friendly exes.
The pair looked thrilled to be in each other’s company while having dinner at celeb hotspot Komodo. The reality star and rapper then headed to club Liv at The Fontainebleau on Sunday night. The former couple were celebrating Scott’s 29th birthday on the 30th April.
“They looked like they were together,” a spy at Liv told Page Six, saying the pair “definitely seemed to be enjoying themselves and each other’s company.”
Scott and Jenner danced and hung out in the DJ booth throughout the night at Liv, the witness added.
The insider also added that they were “touching” and “being playful.”
Kylie met Travis at Coachella in 2017 and within a few weeks of dating she was pregnant.
The mom-of-one regularly keeps fans updated with her life. However she stepped out of the spotlight in an effort to keep her pregnancy a secret, and returned months later after giving birth to Stormi.
Kylie and Travis have remained the best of friends as they co-parent their daughter. However insiders say “there is a lot of love there” still between the two of them.
